The Liila collection, designed by Sofie Refer, is inspired by the gentle rays of morning light as they filter softly into a space. That moment when light is calm, diffused, and fresh became the foundation for a luminaire designed to enhance atmosphere while supporting visual comfort and wellbeing.
At the heart of Liila is its lighting concept. Each fixture features a mouth-blown glass dome paired with a circular metal disc that reflects and evenly spreads the light. The optic clear glass creates a subtle, sparkling effect inspired by a summer morning sunrise, while the opal glass softens the light, reducing glare and delivering a warm, natural illumination. The circular metal plate enhances the sense of lightness, creating a floating effect around the glass dome. The result is a comfortable ambient glow that meets both functional and sensory needs. Liila is ideal for hospitality, private, and public spaces, and is available in multiple variants, including a large and medium size, and clustered wall chandelier patterns.
Craftsmanship and Materials
Materiality plays a central role in Liila’s expression. Every glass dome is mouth-blown by skilled artisans, creating subtle variations making each piece elegantly unique. This glass is paired with refined metal backplates and integrated LED technology, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern performance. Liila can be mounted on walls and ceilings.

Liila is offered as a modular solution, adding a layer of flexibility for lighting designers. From standard patterns which include a star and diamonds symmetry to dynamic, sculptural patterns, Liila can be configured to create rhythm and movement across the wall plane.
